3. Orders Already Dispatched

If your order has already been handed over to our couriers (Royal Mail, Evri, DPD UK, or Yodel), we are unable to cancel it or intercept the delivery.

  • Action to Take: Please do not refuse the delivery. Accept the package and contact us to initiate a return.
  • Refunds: Once the unopened item is returned to us according to our 60-Day Money-Back Guarantee, we will issue a full refund.

4. Subscription & Pre-order Cancellations

  • Subscriptions: You can cancel upcoming subscription deliveries at any time via your account portal or the link in your confirmation email. Cancellation must be done before the next scheduled billing date.
  • Pre-orders: You can cancel any pre-order for a full refund at any time before the product has been fulfilled and dispatched.

5. Refunds for Cancelled Orders

  • If your cancellation is successful and processed before dispatch:

  • As BasicWellness is not VAT registered, your refund will be the total "Gross" amount paid at checkout.
  • It may take 5-10 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank.

We currently ship exclusively within the United Kingdom. We charge a flat rate of £2.99 for all orders. To ensure transparency, BasicWellness is not VAT registered, so the price you see at checkout is the final "Gross" price with no hidden taxes added.

All orders have a handling time of 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday). Once dispatched, the transit time is typically 2–4 business days. In total, you can expect your wellness products to arrive within 3–6 business days.

We offer a 60-day money-back guarantee. If you change your mind, you can return your unopened and unused products in their original packaging within 60 days of delivery. Please note that the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. There are no restocking fees.
