Where do you ship to and how much does it cost? +

We currently ship exclusively within the United Kingdom. We charge a flat rate of £2.99 for all orders. To ensure transparency, BasicWellness is not VAT registered, so the price you see at checkout is the final "Gross" price with no hidden taxes added.

How long will it take for my order to arrive? +

All orders have a handling time of 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday). Once dispatched, the transit time is typically 2–4 business days. In total, you can expect your wellness products to arrive within 3–6 business days.

What is your return policy? +

We offer a 60-day money-back guarantee. If you change your mind, you can return your unopened and unused products in their original packaging within 60 days of delivery. Please note that the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. There are no restocking fees.

How do I know your supplements are high quality? +

All BasicWellness supplements are manufactured in the United Kingdom in strict accordance with the GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) code of practice. Our NMN is third-party tested to ensure a purity level of 98% or higher, and we use non-GMO, vegan-friendly ingredients.

Is my payment information secure? +

Yes. Our store is powered by Shopify and uses SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) encryption to protect your data. We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, and AMEX), as well as Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Klarna. We do not store your full payment details on our servers.
